Rules for using Moppsy's map-based marketplace where customers book independent cleaners.
By using Moppsy’s website, web app, or mobile app you agree to these terms. Moppsy is operated by TipTap LTD. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Moppsy
Moppsy is a marketplace where customers book independent cleaners on a live map. TipTap LTD provides the platform and is not the employer of cleaners.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+, provide accurate data, and protect your account. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or fraud.
3. Available now (cleaners)
Available now means the cleaner has turned availability on, is on the map, and has no job in progress in the current booking window. Cleaners should turn availability off when they cannot accept more jobs.
4. Bookings and payment
Prices are shown before booking. Stripe handles payments. A card hold may cover service cost, fees, delays, or dispute-related charges. Final charge follows the agreement and Stripe rules.
5. Customer responsibilities
Accurate address, access, scope, timing, and household risks. No off-platform payments.
6. Cleaner responsibilities
Keep profile, location, availability, equipment, and pricing current. Follow law and tax rules. KYC and Stripe Connect may be required for payouts.
7. Cancellations and incidents
Report damage, theft, or no-shows without undue delay, preferably within 48 hours, with documentation. Police reports where appropriate.
8. Prohibited use
No fraud, false identity, manipulation of location/ratings/availability, or harm to the platform.
9. Payouts
Cleaner payouts via Stripe Connect after completed jobs. Payouts may be held during open disputes.
10. Liability
Service provided as is. Liability limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking where permitted by law.
11. Account deletion
Request deletion via Delete data or privacy@moppsy.se. Some records retained by law up to seven years.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: privacy@moppsy.se.
